2. Who can use Grain
You may use Grain only if you can form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of 18, you may use Grain only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. 3. Accounts

- submit content you have no right to submit;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its
limits;
- use the service to deceive in ways that cause harm, including academic or
professional dishonesty where prohibited by an institution or employer.
You are responsible for how you use the output. Grain is an editing tool; what you do with rewritten text is your responsibility.
5. Plans, limits, and payment
Grain offers a free tier with daily limits and paid tier(s) with higher or removed limits. 6. Your content

We do not claim ownership of your writing.
7. Service availability
Grain is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Grain is provided without warranties of any kind. We specifically make no warranty that output will pass, fail, or achieve any result with any AI-detection tool, or that output is suitable for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
